Shipping and Returns.
We ship via USPS or FedEx and we send tracking information through your original order purchase. Rates and service times might vary depending on individual carrier rates and estimated delivery times.
Returns & Restocking Fees
Custom Orders: Are not returnable.
Standard Orders: If your order is not custom-made and is eligible for return, a restocking fee of 15%–25% may apply.
Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
Exclusions
Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered is not eligible for return.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
